At Precision Tools Trading Est. (“we,” “our,” or “us”), customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may be eligible to return your item for a refund or exchange under the following conditions.

1. General Policy

1.1 Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

1.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Clearance or sale items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards
  • Used or damaged items

1.3 Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received, with all parts, accessories, manuals, and original packaging included.
  • Items that have been altered, used, or damaged will not be accepted for return.

2. Return Process

2.1 Initiating a Return

2.2 Return Authorization

Upon approval, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number must be included with your return. Items returned without an RMA number may not be processed.

2.3 Shipping the Return

  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all parts, accessories, and documentation.
  • Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.

2.4 Return Shipping Costs

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

3. Refunds

3.1 Processing Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within [5-10] business days and applied to the original method of payment.

3.2 Refund Amount

  • The refund amount will include the purchase price of the item, excluding original shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to our error, we will refund the original shipping costs and the return shipping costs.

3.3 Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Items returned with missing parts or packaging
  • Items not in original condition or damaged due to customer mishandling

4. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact our customer service team for assistance.
  • If you wish to exchange for a different item, you will need to return the original item and place a new order.
